In-Store Pickup Policy

Order Processing Time:
We are happy to offer in-store pickup for your convenience! Orders will be ready for pickup within 48 to 72 business hours after being placed. If your order is placed after 5:00 PM, processing will begin on the next business day (excluding weekends) at 9:00 AM.

Pickup Notification:
Once your order is ready, we will send you an email notification. Please check your spam or junk folder, as our emails may sometimes end up there. 

If you prefer to have your order shipped instead of picking it up, please note that shipping charges will apply if your order total is below $49 before tax. In such cases, our shipping policy will fully apply, and by choosing shipping, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in our shipping policy.

Pickup Location & Hours:
Pickup is available only at our 2500 Williams Parkway, Unit 25, Brampton, Ontario, L6S 5M9, Canada location. Unfortunately, pickup is not available at our second location.

Pickup hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Our team is dedicated to ensuring a smooth and efficient pickup experience. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we prepare and hand over your order with care.

If you require pickup within 24 hours of placing your order, we may not be able to accommodate your request, as we follow a set processing timeline.

 

Shipping within Canada

Fulfillment Center Hours

Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. Orders placed after 5 pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Holiday Closures and Delays

During the holiday season, our fulfillment center will be closed on the following dates:

  • Christmas: December 24th to December 26th
  • New Year: December 31st and January 1st

Please note that during this time, as well as in periods of extreme weather, shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. Delivery times are approximate and depend on the carrier's schedule, your location, and the shipping method selected. We recommend tracking your shipment using the details provided to monitor its progress.

Order Processing and Shipping Times

Orders are dispatched within 5–10 business days.

Delivery dates depend on when the order leaves our warehouse, the destination address, and the shipping method.

Shipping Methods

We currently offer three shipping options:

  • Free Shipping: For orders over $49
  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate for orders under $49
  • Express Shipping: For faster delivery

While you may qualify for free shipping, we still incur costs to ship your order. If a package is undeliverable or returned, you will be responsible for these shipping costs.

Signature at Delivery

For standard shipping, you can opt for a signature requirement during checkout for added security.

If no one is available to sign for the package, it may be redirected to a local post office for pickup, with a Delivery Notice Card provided. Unclaimed packages must be picked up within 8 business days or will be returned to us.

If you do not choose the signature option, you will be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage after delivery.

Address Accuracy and Undeliverable Packages

Ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing an order. Once an order has left our warehouse, we cannot redirect it.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the cost of return shipping and reshipping will be charged to the customer.

Returned or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Customers will be responsible for actual shipping costs incurred for both the return and the reshipment.

Claims and Lost Packages

If a package is reported as delivered by the carrier but not received, we require a theft claim filed with the police before initiating an investigation with the carrier.

Missing packages must be reported on the carrier’s website within 24 hours of the delivery date.

Carriers may take up to 30 days to investigate lost packages. Refunds or reshipments will only be processed once the carrier's investigation is complete.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure smooth and timely delivery of your orders!

Winter shipping policy for drinks (including cans and bottles):

From November to April, colder weather may cause drinks to freeze or get damaged due to uncontrollable temperature fluctuations across regions. Unfortunately, carriers don’t insure these issues, and as a result, we’re unable to accept claims for damaged cans or cases during this time. If you’re ordering drinks in the winter, please consider this risk.

Severe weather at our shipping locations may also cause delays, but we’ll always do our best to minimize any inconvenience.

Summer shipping policy for snacks (including gummies):

From June to September, warm weather may cause certain items like bars, snacks, or gummies to melt during transit. Since we have no control over regional temperature variations, please understand that we cannot accept claims for melted products. Please note that orders of these items during summer are made at your own risk.

If you choose to order these items during the summer, we recommend popping them into the fridge for a couple of hours once they arrive to bring them back to their best.

    International Shipping

    Please note, all U.S. and International orders are considered FINAL SALE. 

    We now offer international shipping to customers in the United Stated (US,) United Kingdom (UK) and within Europe. We currently ship to the following European's countries:  France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Ireland, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Denmark, Slovenia and Sweden. Please note that we are constantly working to expand our shipping coverage and may add more countries in the future.

    Shipping Process and Timeline:

    Orders are packed in bulk pallets at our Canadian warehouse, with each box labeled with a UPS tracking number, which becomes active once your package ships from our German warehouse. The bulk pallet is then shipped from Canada to Germany, typically taking about 5 business days. Upon arrival in Germany, our team processes and schedules individual shipments, usually within 1-3 business days. If you have received a tracking number but see no updates, it means your package has not yet been processed at our German warehouse. Once UPS receives your order, final delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.

    Overall, international orders to Europe and the UK usually take 10-25 business days to deliver, factoring order processing in Canada, in the transit from Canada to Germany, order processing in Germany, and final delivery by UPS. Please note that delivery times can be affected by weather, customs clearance, or other unforeseen delays, which are outside of SNS Health's control. Additionally, once orders have been shipped and are in transit, they are not eligible for cancellation.

    The available shipping methods may vary depending on the destination country. The shipping costs for international orders will be calculated based on the destination, the weight and dimensions of the package, and the shipping method chosen. During the checkout process, you will be able to select the available shipping options and the exact shipping cost will be displayed before completing your order.

    Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or other charges imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

    The estimated delivery timeframes for international orders range from 5 to 15 business days, taken into account the shipping method selected, customs processes, and other external factors. To keep you informed about the progress of your shipment, we provide order tracking services.

    Please ensure that you are familiar with your country's import regulations and restrictions before placing an order. We recommend that you check with your local customs office for more information.

    We strive to adhere to your local customs regulations and avoid shipping prohibited ingredients. Nevertheless, it is your responsibility to verify your local customs laws before placing an order. We bear no liability for packages destroyed or held due to customs clearance issues. Consequently, we will not issue refunds in such cases, as we have already invested resources in shipping and are unable to recover the product. We appreciate your understanding.

    Our return policy applies to international orders. However, please note that return shipping costs, as well as any associated duties or taxes, will be the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed instructions on how to initiate a return or exchange.
