We appreciate your continued support, and we're excited to reward you for being a valued customer. Please take a moment to review the terms and conditions of our loyalty card program.

1. Eligibility:

The loyalty card program is open to all our customers.

To participate, customers must make in-store purchases at a minimum order value of $75 per transaction.

2. Earning Stamps:

Customers will receive one stamp for every in-store purchase of $75 or more. 

Stamps are issued based on the total order value, including taxes and discounts, and recorded on the loyalty card. amps will not be issued for purchases below $75.

3. Reward Tiers:

After accumulating 4 stamps, customers are eligible for a free protein shake

Upon reaching 8 stamps, customers will receive two free protein bars.

When the loyalty card reaches 12 stamps, customers are entitled to a free order with an order value not exceeding $75, including taxes.

4. Redemption:

To redeem rewards, present the Loyalty Card with the required number of stamps at the time of purchase.

Rewards cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

Protein shakes, bars, and free order rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value.

5. Online Orders:

Customers placing orders online and wishing to receive loyalty card stamps must visit the store in person.

Stamps for online orders will only be applied if the customer visits the store within 7 days of the online purchase and presents the order confirmation along with the Loyalty Card.


6. Lost or Stolen Cards:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen Loyalty Cards. Lost cards can be replaced with a new one, but the accumulated stamps will not be transferred.

It is the customer's responsibility to keep their card secure.

7. Abuse of Program:

We reserve the right to terminate or modify the loyalty program at any time.

Changes will be communicated through emails and/or on our website.

8. General Terms:

Loyalty card stamps have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
