It contains a combination of friendly lactic acid bacteria that colonize the intestinal tract and contribute to a natural healthy gut flora, in addition to FOS (fructooligosaccharides) that feed the live probiotics and sustain their benefits. This high-potency formula is guaranteed to contain 6 billion active cells per capsule at the time of expiry.
The intestinal tract contains billions of microorganisms in a delicate balance of beneficial probiotic bacteria and adverse pathogens. Many factors can affect this balance, including a temporarily compromised immune system, poor diet, stress, and a change in water and food sources while travelling.
LactobacillusandBifidobacteriumstrains effectively maintain and establish a healthy microflora balance, while discouraging the growth of opportunistic pathogens, such as yeast,E.coli, Clostridium,andShigella. Together they help maintain a proper pH balance in the small intestine, protect mucous membranes throughout the digestive tract, and promote regular bowel movements.
Acidophilus Bifidus with FOS is available as 60 or 180 vegetarian capsules. It is ideal for individuals who have recently taken antibiotics, those suffering from traveller’s diarrhea, and anyone with declining gut microflora.

Ingredients: 6 billion* active cells of specially-cultured strains of probiotics. Suggested use: Recommended dosage (adults):3 capsules daily or as directed by a physician. Children 1 year older:1 capsule daily or as directed by a physician. For young children, open capsule and mix the contents with liquid or food. Take at least 2–3 hours before or after antibiotics.
Warnings: Discontinue use and consult a physician if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g., diarrhea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days. Refunds and Returns

We will happily refund your order up to 30 days after your time of purchase. All products must be returned, unopened, in their original packaging.

Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with all returns. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
