Redcon1 MRE Lite

Firstly 10/10 SNS health! Shipped to the UK from Canada in 5 working days with free delivery as i had spent the correct amount. Brilliant service. Really quick to answer questions here or on Instagram. Can’t fault them. Even offered to order in a flavour I wanted! Free shaker also! Much appreciated! Sounds daft but clear shaker is so much better for getting the right amount of water!

As for MRE lite, I’ve had Isotope in the past but on checking my medical records when my daughter was born it turns out I have a dairy allergy not just the lactose intolerance I knew I had. As such I tried this to avoid dairy protein in general. Brilliant. Been on it 6 weeks and haven’t lost any size (taken measurements), but definitely less bloated and no sore stomach or bad gas! Look and feel better.

Flavour wise

Blueberry cobbler- strong taste of blueberry with after taste of pasty, very good!

Snickerdoodle- strong cinnamon taste, like it a lot!

Just purchased oatmeal chocolate chip and banana nut bread so will see what they are like!

Clean product, decent quality protein not just collagen and other things. Best one I can find anywhere that’s non whey. Love Redcon1 products across the board but this is brilliant!

First of all, I can't believe how quick SNS Health had my order packed-up and shipped. It's literally a record time. Because of how quick they get product out, I will continue my business with them on all my supplements.

As for the Redcon1 MRE Lite - I can't believe how good this stuff taste compared to regular whey protein. The MRE Lite has such great taste its not overly sweetened like most whey. It digests real good to, no gas or any issues. It mixes real well just in a shaker cup with water or Fairlife milk. I have absolutely 0 complaints.
