This is my new favourite protein powder and I don't see myself straying from it for a long long time because it has been very kind to my stomach, and it has helped me support intense training as I tend to lose weight fairly fast (which is not a good thing for us wanting to gain mass and keep it). Easily digestible calories and good quality protein for your body to use.
