I’m ALWAYS low in iron, and I HATE taking the prescribed iron tablets because they cause constipation and takes nearly a month to notice a difference!
This plant based iron is AMAZING! There’s no constipation at all! You notice a difference within a week, and it increased my appetite, which is a major plus!!!

Tastes great (I like vanilla but chocolate is my real favourite!) Texture good; not at all grainy. Formula is pretty complete with natural BCAAs and probiotics. Low on carbs (7 % fibre, 0% sugars). It's my go-to protein supplement.
