Same...but different! SNS Health is the new venture from the team behind Sports Nutrition Source; a transition that has been many years in the making as we began noticing a shift in the way our customers interpreted the meaning of “health.” For so long, this word solely represented physical fitness and performance - but what we’ve come to now understand (and embrace!) is that health also includes your mental and emotional wellbeing.

With this in mind, the Sports Nutrition Source team decided to combine these ideas of wellbeing to launch SNS Health. SNS Health is a performance-meets-wellness resource for consumers looking to create and maintain balance within their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Although we said goodbye to Sports Nutrition Source as we once knew it, SNS Health carries the legacy we worked so hard to build into this new journey of total wellbeing. This allows us to support you in all areas of your wellness journey - whether it’s crushing a new personal record or trying to catch better zzz’s.

You’ll still find all of the performance-focused products we’ve become known for over the past 10 years on our website (proteins, amino acids, pre-workouts and more!) What’s new is our wellness offering, which ranges from supplements and vitamins to immunity support and sleep aids. Can’t find a product you’re looking for? Contact us via chat. Just like you, we’re constantly working to make ourselves even better.

From time to time, this can happen! At SNS Health we never sacrifice the quality or integrity of our products, which is why we never substitute an alternative brand, product, or flavor without your permission. If an item is not expected to arrive at our warehouse within 48 hours of your order, we’ll always contact you directly with a suggestion for an alternate product that fits your needs. If we can’t find something you like, we’ll issue you an immediate refund - no questions asked.

In the meantime, you can request to be alerted when the product you’re eyeing is available for purchase by clicking on the “Notify When Back in Stock” button found on the product page. All you have to do is submit your email, and we’ll send you an automatic email with a link to purchase once its back on our (virtual!) shelves.

Shipping & Returns

Our fulfillment center is open from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

Your order will be dispatched 5 to 10 business days after its confirmation. Please note that orders placed after 5 pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

During the holiday season, please be informed that our fulfillment center will be closed on the following days:

  • For Christmas: from December 24th to December 26th.
  • For New Year: December 31st and January 1st. 

We currently offer 3 shipping methods: 

  • Standard shipping, with free shipping for orders over $49. You can choose whether you prefer to be delivered with or without a signature requirement.
  • UPS Standard.
  • UPS Expedited.

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $49. For orders under this amount, shipping is calculated at checkout.

If you can't wait to get your order sooner, we also offer express shipping options. Rates are calculated at checkout, based on your location.

Yes, we offer a signature requirement option during checkout. You can choose to require a signature at delivery for extra security, at no extra cost.

You can also choose to notify us regarding your delivery preferences by leaving instructions at checkout. Orders with comment "Leave at door" will be reconsidered without signature service.

If no signature is chosen, you will be fully responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your package after delivery.

If we don't have a selected option from you, we will select signature at delivery as default option, to protect you from porch pirates.
