Shipping Policy

Free Shipping 

In Canada, we offer free standard shipping for orders over $49. In EU countries, we offer free standard shipping for orders over €80. In UK, we offer free standard shipping for orders over £60.

For orders under this amount, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Shipping within Canada

Our fulfillment center is open from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

All orders within Canada will be dispatched within the next 5 business days after confirmation. International orders are dispatched within 5-10 business days after order confirmation. Please note that orders placed after 5 pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

During the holiday season, please be informed that our fulfillment center will be closed on the following days:

  • For Christmas: from December 24th to December 26th.
  • For New Year: December 31st and January 1st. 

We currently offer 3 shipping methods: 

  • Standard shipping, with free shipping for orders over $49. You can choose whether you prefer to be delivered with or without a signature requirement.
  • UPS Standard.
  • UPS Expedited.

For standard shipping, we offer a signature requirement option during checkout. You can choose to require a signature at delivery for extra security, at no extra cost.

If you are unavailable during the delivery, or if our carrier encounters security access issues, your package will be safely delivered to the nearest UPS access point or the nearest Post-Office for your convenience. You will have a period of 8 business days to pick up your package.

If no signature is chosen, you will be fully responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your package after delivery. 

You can also choose to notify us regarding your delivery preferences by leaving instructions at checkout. Orders with comment "Leave at door" will be reconsidered without signature service.

If we don't have a selected option from you, we will select signature at delivery as default option, to protect you from porch pirates.

Please note that during the holidays, our delivery times might be extended due to shipping disruptions expected from our carrier.

    International Shipping

    We now offer international shipping to customers in the United Kingdom (UK) and within Europe. We currently ship to the following European's countries: France, Belgium, Spain, Slovenia, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Ireland, Austria, Germany. Please note that we are constantly working to expand our shipping coverage and may add more countries in the future.

    The available shipping methods may vary depending on the destination country. The shipping costs for international orders will be calculated based on the destination, the weight and dimensions of the package, and the shipping method chosen. During the checkout process, you will be able to select the available shipping options and the exact shipping cost will be displayed before completing your order.

    Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or other charges imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

    The estimated delivery timeframes for international orders range from 5 to 15 business days, taken into account the shipping method selected, customs processes, and other external factors. To keep you informed about the progress of your shipment, we provide order tracking services.

    Please ensure that you are familiar with your country's import regulations and restrictions before placing an order. We recommend that you check with your local customs office for more information.

    We strive to adhere to your local customs regulations and avoid shipping prohibited ingredients. Nevertheless, it is your responsibility to verify your local customs laws before placing an order. We bear no liability for packages destroyed or held due to customs clearance issues. Consequently, we will not issue refunds in such cases, as we have already invested resources in shipping and are unable to recover the product. We appreciate your understanding.

    We ensure a minimum shelf-life of one month for food items and three months for supplements from the purchase date. However, this minimum shelf-life guarantee does not extend to items listed under the clearance section. Please note that discounted items are considered final sale and are ineligible for return, exchange, or refund. It's essential to verify the expiry date on the website before purchasing more than two units of any item.

    For returns, we accept orders up to 30 days after the purchase date, provided they meet certain criteria:

    1. Product errors made by us, such as sending the wrong brand, product, or flavor.
    2. Expired products (excluding near to expiry products)
    3. Damaged products which are not safe to use.

    We do not accept returns for taste, texture, or packaging-related reasons. If you're dissatisfied with the taste, smell, or texture of a product, please complete our feedback form, and we'll ensure it's forwarded to the manufacturer or brand to prioritize customer satisfaction.

    To uphold food safety standards, all returns must be unopened and in their original packaging. For damaged, expired, or incorrect products, we bear the return shipping costs. Just reach out to us via chat, and we'll furnish you with a return shipping label. Kindly avoid returning your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

    Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we'll send you an email confirmation. If approved, we'll proceed with an exchange. If the desired product is available, we'll issue a non-expiring store credit, which you can use for any future purchase with our company. However, if you prefer not to accept store credit, we'll provide a refund as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction.

    Refund processing times may vary, so we recommend contacting your bank or credit card company if you're experiencing delays. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Our return and refund policy also applies to international orders. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any associated duties or taxes.

    In the event that an international order is held or destroyed by customs due to prohibited ingredients or clearance issues, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds. Our refund policy does not cover circumstances beyond our control, such as customs clearance problems. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
