Love it!

One of the best
It's a reliable source of Lecithin. I incorporate it into my smoothies, and it blends seamlessly. I appreciate that it's derived from sunflowers, eliminating the need for hexane extraction.

Awesome taste
I haven't had the chance to try sunflower lecithin before, as I've always stuck with soy-based products. But I'm really impressed with this one. The fact that it's in powder form helps it mix oils in my smoothies much better than granules, and it also brings a more enjoyable taste to the table.
