I just wrapped up the Wild Rose detox, and I'm pleasantly surprised with the results. I managed to cut down on sugar and processed foods, and I've got this natural energy now that doesn't come from caffeine.

Easy to follow
I've tried a few detoxes before, but the Wild Rose Gentle D-Tox is by far the most balanced one. The meal plan was easy to follow, and I didn't feel deprived.
