Flavor is reasonable, not overly sweet but does have some slight sour note.
Does not dissolve quickly in cold water - i feel that it has to be pre-mixed and let sit until ready.
If you don't eat enough fruits, this can be a good option. Great product, not cheap, but definitely worth the price because of the very high quality ingredients.
Have yet to mix into overnight oats or my protein drinks!
