Refund policy

We offer a minimum shelf-life of 1 month for food items and 3 months for supplements from the purchase date.

General Return Policy

  • Discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched from our warehouse.
  • We accept returns up to 30 days after the purchase date, provided the products meet the following eligibility criteria:
    • Product error made by us (e.g., wrong brand, product, or flavor shipped).
    • Expired products.
    • Damaged products.

Return Process

  • Products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and eligible for return based on the above criteria.
  • We will cover return shipping costs for damaged, expired, or incorrect products. Contact us via chat, and we will provide you with a return shipping label.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Upon approval, your exchange or refund will be processed. Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment.

Refund Restrictions

  • Only regular-priced products may be refunded.
  • Bundle deal products cannot be refunded.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Claims, Lost, and Missing Packages

1. If a package is reported as delivered by the carrier but not received:

  • Customers must file a theft claim with local authorities.
  • We will initiate an investigation with the carrier upon receipt of the theft claim.
  • Carrier investigations can take up to 30 days to complete. Refunds or reshipments will only be processed after the carrier's investigation is concluded.

2. No Signature Option:

  • If customers opt out of the signature requirement at checkout, the company is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery. No refunds will be processed in such cases.

3. Undeliverable or Returned Packages:

  • For incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, any return shipping and reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • If a package is unclaimed and returned to us, we will contact the customer to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs will also be the customer’s responsibility.

4. Missing packages must be reported to the carrier within 24 hours of the delivery date to initiate a claim.

International Orders

Please note, all U.S. and International orders are considered FINAL SALE. 

Our refund policy applies to international orders with the following conditions:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
  • We cannot refund orders held or destroyed by customs due to prohibited ingredients or clearance issues.
  • Taxes and duties are collected by customs authorities and are non-refundable.
  • In the event that an international order is damaged during transit, we will not refund shipping costs, duties, or taxes. Refunds will only cover the product value reimbursed by the carrier.
