Same...but different! SNS Health is the new venture from the team behind Sports Nutrition Source; a transition that has been many years in the making as we began noticing a shift in the way our customers interpreted the meaning of “health.” For so long, this word solely represented physical fitness and performance - but what we’ve come to now understand (and embrace!) is that health also includes your mental and emotional wellbeing.

With this in mind, the Sports Nutrition Source team decided to combine these ideas of wellbeing to launch SNS Health. SNS Health is a performance-meets-wellness resource for consumers looking to create and maintain balance within their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Although we said goodbye to Sports Nutrition Source as we once knew it, SNS Health carries the legacy we worked so hard to build into this new journey of total wellbeing. Should we be unable to find a suitable replacement, we'll issue you an immediate store credit, no questions asked, which you can use for your future purchases.

Shipping and delivery

Our fulfillment center is open from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

All orders within Canada will be dispatched within the next 5 business days after confirmation. International orders are dispatched within 5-10 business days after order confirmation. Please note that orders placed after 5 pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

During the holiday season, please be informed that our fulfillment center will be closed on the following days:

  • For Christmas: from December 24th to December 26th.
  • For New Year: December 31st and January 1st.

We currently offer 3 shipping methods:

  • Standard shipping, with free shipping for orders over $49. You can choose whether you prefer to be delivered with or without a signature requirement.
  • UPS Standard.
  • UPS Expedited

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $49. For orders under this amount, shipping is offered at $15 CAD flat rate.

If you can't wait to get your order sooner, we also offer express shipping option for an extra $20 CAD.

Packages shipped with Canada Post will always require a signature upon delivery. This ensures that the package is handed directly to the recipient or an authorized individual.

In the event that no one is available to sign for the package, it may be redirected to a local post office for pickup. Recipients will receive a Delivery Notice Card indicating where and when they can collect their package. You will have a period of 8 business days to pick up your package. If the package remains unclaimed during this time, it will be returned to our store.

This policy helps maintain security and accountability for all deliveries, to protect you from porch pirates.

Yes, in addition to serving our customers in Canada, we also cater to our international clientele. Currently, we offer shipping services to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Denmark, Poland, and the UK.
