Been using this protein for years for it’s taste mainly, but also found this to be the easiest on my stomach (lactose sensitive). Nice to see the price come down a little bit again. SNS always has the cheapest price for this product.

Not much muscle gain
Since i have been taking this, i feel like i have been losing muscles. but perhaps i will need to give more time.
